If you see the front of your “house” mailbox hanging open, it means  1) your rent statement has been delivered, 2) management is distributing a notice and/or 3) your monthly magazine has been delivered.  

Park Manager Notes

You've probably noticed work being done in the park - we are entering our CapEx season and you will see tree trimming/removal, fence repair, carport driveway repairs in the coming weeks and months.  I cannot tell you what work will be done and where at this time; residents will be notified as appropriate.

As a reminder, THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE STREET.  We need to ensure the emergency responders can maneuver in the park without obstruction.  Loading/Unloading (10 minute max) is ok, however, it is never appropriate to block another carport driveway. We have three (3) visitor parking areas for your guests to use.  Additionally, if you're having a function at the clubhouse (or in your home) it is YOUR responsibility to ensure your guests have the appropriate parking information.
